1. Who we are

Estate Square is a real-estate advisory practice based in Lahore, Pakistan. We provide property-related information and assistance, including buyer and seller advisory, property shortlisting, property care and support for overseas Pakistanis. In this policy, “Estate Square”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the people operating this practice.

This policy covers information shared with us through estatesquare.pk, telephone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, social media and other direct conversations with Estate Square.

2. What information we may collect

Depending on your enquiry or the service you request, we may collect your name, phone number, WhatsApp details, email address, social-media account name and preferred way to contact you.

We may also use details about your property needs, such as the area or phase, property type and size, budget, purpose, preferences, questions, appointment details and messages you choose to send us. If you ask us to help with a property or transaction, relevant ownership, property, documentation or transaction details may also be needed.

Please do not send CNIC copies, financial information, title documents or other sensitive documents at the first enquiry stage. We will explain why particular documents are needed and when they should be shared.

When you visit the website, our hosting or security systems may also process limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, referring page and the date or time of a request. This can help operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.

3. How we receive information

Most information comes directly from you when you contact us, discuss a property, book an appointment or request a service. We may sometimes receive your contact details through a referral or introduction, from a property owner or transaction participant, or from a public source where it is lawful and relevant to the enquiry. When information comes from someone else, we use it only for an appropriate purpose connected with the enquiry or service.

4. How and why we use information

• understand your property requirements and prepare relevant information or shortlists;
• arrange appointments, viewings, property visits and requested services;

6. Information processed in other countries

Estate Square operates from Pakistan, and we may communicate with clients who live elsewhere. If you use an external platform or a technology provider, your information may be processed or stored in a country other than your own under that provider’s arrangements. Where a law that applies to the information requires additional protections for an international transfer, we will take the steps required by that law.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, provide or manage a requested service, maintain appropriate property or transaction records, comply with legal requirements, deal with complaints or protect legal rights. The period depends on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, securely dispose of it or remove identifying details, unless the law permits or requires us to keep it.

8. Cookies and website technology

The website’s hosting and security systems may use technical logs and technologies needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website. We do not currently intentionally use this website to create advertising profiles about visitors. If we introduce analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy and request consent where applicable law requires it.

If you follow a link to another website or open WhatsApp, an email service or a social media platform, that service may collect information directly from you and apply its own privacy and cookie policies.

We take reasonable care to limit access to personal information and protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. No website, messaging service or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so please share sensitive documents only when they are genuinely needed and the appropriate process has been explained.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to access, receive or transfer certain information, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent where we rely on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place lawfully before it was withdrawn.

We do not make decisions about you solely through automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Our property advisory services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate steps.
